Kamil Radecki

A graduate of the Mieszko I School of Education and Administration in Poznan, at the Faculty of Law and Administration (major: law). He also completed his post-graduate studies at the Poznan School of Banking, majoring in real estate appraisal, real estate management and investments. In the years between 2018 and 2020, he held his legal training at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznan to become an attorney-at-law. Since 2020, he has been a barrister at the District Bar Association in Poznan.

EXPERIENCE

He has gained over 10 years of professional experience in a barrister’s office and law firms of attorneys-at-law.

As part of his professional experience, he has:

► represented clients in disputes related to the charging of zoning fees;

► represented clients in disputes with real estate sales agents;

► handled the processes of determining the legal status of a piece of real estate;

► provided legal services to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

► represented clients in administrative disputes regarding building permits;

► represented property valuers in court proceedings conducted against the Agricultural Property Agency;

► provided legal services to property developers in the course of investment processes;

► represented clients during the processes of the commercialisation of retail space.

SPECIALISATION

His professional interests revolve around civil law and commercial law, with particular emphasis on lawsuits and broadly understood real estate law. He participates in the preparation of construction investments and supports clients at each stage of the investment process. He provides legal services to business entities, particularly in the area of drafting contracts, securing commercial transactions and representing clients before courts.
