Adam Piasecki

He has an MA in Economics. He studied Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Companies as well as Commercial Insurance at the Poznan University of Economics.

EXPERIENCE

He has gained his experience in a brokerage house and an investment fund. He deals with such issues as cost optimisation in an enterprise and with business valuation. He specialises in the use of quantitative methods in finance management and in bulk data exploration. He is the author of a few publications regarding the valuation of derivatives and dynamic models of forecasting company bankruptcies.

He has extensive experience in advising on cost optimisation, creating and implementing both remedial and development restructuring plans, as well as advising on financial reporting. He also deals with the assessment of investment projects, income-based valuation of enterprises and the use of real options. In his work so far, he has settled EU projects and modelled the management information systems. He is also distinguished by his extensive theoretical knowledge allowing him to implement the economic tools he uses in a manner that is most effective under the given conditions.

He is an experienced lecturer at the Poznan University of Economics and Lazarski University in Warsaw. He cooperates with law firms and restructuring consultants in order to offer combined legal and economic services to clients.
