Mieszko Łukaszewicz Ph.D.

SPECIALISATION

Main areas of specialisation include:

► day-to-day tax advice (mainly income tax, including tax at source, VAT, local taxes, including property taxes);
► introduction: 50% tax deductible expenses for creative employees in companies, research and development (R&D) reliefs, IP Box;
► the preparation of documentation of transfer prices;
► the preparation of tax reviews, individual interpretations, as well as binding information on rates, tariffs and excise duties;
► representation of taxpayers before tax authorities and administrative courts in tax and customs cases.
