Marcin Ignasiak

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. In the years 2009-2010 he studied at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany, within the framework of the Erasmus programme. Since 2015 he has been a member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. He is proficient in English, German and French.

EXPERIENCE

He has gained experience providing services, above all, to business entities, including international companies and Polish companies operating abroad.

SPECIALISATION

As part of his legal practice, he has dealt, in particular, with:
► commercial companies law – transformations, capital raising, disputes between shareholders;
► competition and consumer law (unfair competition, unfair market practices);
► legal supervision of investments, especially within the scope of public procurements;
► legal services related to international trade (cross-border agreements, dispute resolution under the framework of alternative dispute resolution – ADR);
► legal services to transport and construction companies, employment agencies, e-commerce and IT and cybersecurity companies.
