Marta Szmajda-Banasiak

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Szczecin University. During her studies and legal training, she cooperated with one of the largest law firms of attorneys-at law in Szczecin. Her professional interests include issues related to commercial company law. She is also a lecturer specialising in healthcare law and education law at the Poznan School of Management and Banking.

EXPERIENCE

As part of her legal practice she has gained expertise in providing day-to-day legal services to commercial law companies from various industries, local government units at municipal level, municipal companies operating in the field of municipal housing and those dealing with water and sewage management. She has experience in providing services to healthcare entities and in broadly understood educational law.
Since 2009 she has been listed as an attorney-at law of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, initially in Szczecin and, currently, in Poznan.
