Mikołaj Jabłoński is a practising attorney-at-law and tax consultant.

EXPERIENCE

He provides ongoing tax advice to companies and capital groups. He prepares requests for opinions on the application of withholding tax exemptions (WHT) and procedures for collecting documentation for WHT purposes. He prepares CIT and VAT reviews. He also drafts tax reviews regarding MDR and prepares internal procedures for counteracting non-disclosure of tax schemes. In his practice he also deals with the preparation of documentation for tax proceedings (the so-called defence file).

Furthermore, he conducts training workshops in tax law and prepares publications for the professional press, i.e. Przegląd Podatkowy, Jurysdykcja Podatkowa, Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna, Gazeta Samorządui Administracji).
