Tomasz Cyrek
attorney-at-law
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (major: law). Since 1 January 2021, he has been undergoing legal training to become an attorney-at-law at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznan.
EXPERIENCE
He started to gather his the professional experience necessary for his work as a lawyer as early as the 3rd year of his law studies, providing services, among others, to small and medium-sized enterprises, aimed at resolving their current legal issues.
His professional practice has been focused on providing day-to-day services to business entities as well as corporate services to commercial law companies. He has experience in civil law, business law and commercial law.
SPECIALISATION
The legal issues he is particularly interested in concern company law in its broadest sense, including shareholder disputes, transformation processes and corporate governance.
